WHAT IS AN  Bulk LIVESTOCK Feed / POULTRY FOOD Transport VEHICLE?
Special vehicles for transporting bulk powdered and granular feed. Transporting feed by bulk transport vehicles not only saves labor but also has lower costs compared to packaging it in bags. However, it requires livestock and poultry farms to have storage tanks for containing feed. The feed tank of the bulk feed transport vehicle is mounted on the chassis of the truck, with a feed inlet on the top of the tank, and three screw conveyors for unloading are installed outside the tank. working principle

1. Transportation: The feed inside the tank remains stationary during transportation.
2. Loading: The vehicle loads feed from the feed mill's silo through the feed inlet at the top of the tank.
3. Unloading: After arriving at the breeding farm, the spiral unloading system is driven by the power output shaft to unload the feed from the discharge pipe at the top of the tank into the storage tank of the breeding farm. There is a control device inside the cab to control the unloading process.

5. How to unload bulk feed trucks?
The bulk feed truck is easy to operate, and only one person needs to operate the feed truck to directly load the feed. The hydraulic motor on the bulk feed truck tank drives the blade shaft and blades of the horizontal screw conveyor to rotate through the transmission device, and outputs the feed through the movable winch. A movable unloading winch placed flat on the roof of the vehicle can freely rotate and lift. During transportation, the spiral tube at the top lies flat on the top of the tank, and when unloading, it is lifted.
